These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all sales of products and services by Ladkani Office Solutions SAL ("LOS Group," "we," "us") to the purchaser ("Customer"). By placing an order or engaging our services, the Customer accepts these Terms.
1. Orders and quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Orders are binding only when confirmed in writing by LOS Group. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders subject to stock availability or credit review.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices are in Lebanese Pounds (LBP) or US Dollars (USD) as quoted and exclude applicable taxes and delivery charges. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
3. Delivery and risk
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the specified address. LOS Group is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, shipping carriers, or customs clearance.
4. Installation and training
Basic installation and operator training are included with qualifying equipment. Additional on-site training or configuration services are quoted separately.
5. Warranty
New equipment carries a manufacturer's warranty (typically 12 months from installation). Consumables and wear items are excluded. LOS Group's field engineers perform warranty service at the Customer's premises within SLA response times.
6. Maintenance contracts
Ongoing maintenance is provided under separate SLA agreements. These agreements auto-renew annually unless either party gives 60 days' written notice of non-renewal. Cancellation before the contract term ends is subject to early-termination fees.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOS Group's liability for any claim arising from a product or service is limited to the purchase price of that product or service. LOS Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Beirut.
