What types of office equipment does LOS provide?

A full office hardware line — printers (laser and dot matrix), copiers, multifunction machines, cheque scanners, money counters, shredders, mailing systems, bundling machines and card readers — all from authorised manufacturers like Olivetti, Compuprint, Quadient, Pantum, HSM and Cartadis.

Do you offer maintenance and after-sales support?

Yes — we are first and foremost an after-sales business. Our manufacturer-trained field engineers, parts inventory and SLA-backed contracts keep your equipment running. See the Technical Support page for the detail.

Can I request a demo before purchasing?

Absolutely. We arrange product demos — at our Dekwaneh showroom or on your premises — so you can see the equipment running with your own workflow before committing.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

Sustainability is part of how we choose suppliers. We stock energy-efficient, eco-conscious product lines, and our LEED Gold-certified head office is our own working example.
